I'm looking for a position that directly helps communitities and marginalized groups — children, elderly, POC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, etc. — because I need to feel that my work has a good purpose. Philanthropic-focused work that directly improves our world makes my heart swell.
Ideally, the position I accept will provide a livable wage for Wisconsin, plus some to compensate for my continued education loans. I will not be entertaining offers with a salary below $70k. This position should come with unlimited PTO, or a combination of sick days, mental health days, menstrual leave, and vacation days. You'll be at the top of my list if your health insurance plans are competitive and enticing.
I'm open to working remotely and would prefer not to have to travel often (twice a month or less). I'm open to exploring options within and outside of the United States. Relocation may be considered for the right circumstances.
